What we collect
- Notify me signup: your email address, the product you asked about and the date and time you signed up.
- Collaboration form: name, email, optional brand, message.
- When ordering opens: name, delivery address, email and order details. Card payments will be handled by Stripe; we won't receive full card numbers.
Notify me: how we use it
We use your email only to tell you when the product (or online ordering) becomes available. Lawful basis: your consent (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). It is stored in a file on our web host that is not publicly accessible. We do not share or sell it and do not use it for other marketing. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@fiji-shop.com; we will delete it. We delete the list once we have sent the availability email, or within [PLACEHOLDER: retention period for signups, e.g. 12 months] at the latest.
Why and lawful basis (other data)
To fulfil orders (contract, Art. 6(1)(b)), keep tax records (legal obligation, 6(1)(c)) and answer messages (legitimate interests, 6(1)(f)).
